You’ll also need to some cherry tomatoes and it’s up to you which type you go for. We used a selection pack from Tesco, which included Yellow and Red Datterini Vine Tomatoes, amongst others!

Good morning to you.
This sounds delicious and perfect for the weather we are having, lunch is sorted today then!
My question is – do you know how long the Pesto would last made up in a fridge? Thinking this would be fab stuffed in a chicken breast or on top of a Salmon fillet.
Mant thanks
Fiona
